We ship to the United States. Most orders arrive 10โ16 days after you order. Your bracelet ships from our fulfillment partner overseas, which is why it takes a little longer than local stores.

Lost or late orders
If your tracking hasn't updated for 7 days, or your order hasn't arrived within 25 days, contact us and we'll send a replacement or a full refund.
